Health Screening
Employee temperature checked before clocking in and at mid-shift break—symptomatic employees will be sent home immediately and will return only after medical protocol is achieved

Face Masks
All employees must wear face masks while on duty (report an incident of an employee not wearing a mask)

Protective Gloves
All employees handling or serving food must always wear protective gloves (report an incident of an employee handling food without gloves)

Hand Washing
All employees thoroughly wash hands with soap before shift begins, after returning from shift break, and often throughout shift

Cash Register Shield
Each check-out register will have clear protective barriers for safe payment processing

Covered Dine-in Meals
Dine-in meals to be served in covered containers—styrofoam “to-go” boxes or covered trays

Disinfecting
Employees disinfect tables after each use with disposable towels for each table, then discard disposable towel in trash receptacle

Social Distancing
Required 6-foot markings placed as guides on floor-social distancing in effect until State officials lift restrictions

Disinfectant Wipes
Disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizers placed at checkout counter and other inside locations for customer use
